Selection and Placement

As Team Agro, we aim to employ innovative and always success-oriented candidates who can adapt to our dynamics in our recruitment processes.

Candidates can apply for open positions on career sites or forward their resume to ik@teamagro.com.tr. After examining the applications and resumes of the candidates, an interview plan is made with the candidates deemed appropriate. In the first interview, criteria such as the adaptation of the candidates to the corporate culture and their competencies are evaluated. The applicants whose first interviews are positive are evaluated by the relevant unit manager for compliance with the technical issues and requirements of the job. Candidates whose interview processes are positive are offered a fee after the reference check. If an agreement is reached, the candidate starts work on the specified date.

In Team Agro, trainings that will contribute to the professional and personal development and raise awareness are planned by considering the competencies and positions of our employees.

Our trainings are carried out by making internal and external organizations.
