The role of agriculture in the global economy is increasingly significant, meeting the needs of a growing population through advancing technologies and innovative production methods. At Team Agro, we are embracing a leadership role in this dynamic sector, placing innovation and sustainability at the core of our operations.
2024 was a year crowned with investments that expanded our operational domains. We made significant strides in bonded warehousing, licensed warehousing, and greenhouse agriculture. We opened our new warehouse facility located close to the port of Mersin, spanning 20,000 square meters, and completed additional investments to expand this area.
In Eskişehir, we completed an additional 20,000-ton silo investment at our 40,000-ton licensed warehousing facility, bringing our capacity to 60,000 tons. The first phase of our 35,000-ton licensed warehousing investment in Osmaniye, with a capacity of 20,000 tons, has commenced operations. In Konya, our licensed warehousing facility has started operations with a capacity of 30,000 tons, with total capacity set to reach 55,000 tons. We are expanding our licensed warehousing activities, which currently provide 110,000 tons of active storage capacity, and have initiated an investment to increase capacity in Konya to 55,000 tons, expected to be completed by the second half of 2025. We aim to have licensed warehousing facilities with a total capacity to store 150,000 tons across three locations. Alongside our Licensed Warehousing facilities, we are pleased to announce the commencement of operations at our Storage-Drying facility in Adana Hacı Sabancı Organized Industrial Zone, which has a storage capacity of 25,000 tons and can dry 800 tons of corn daily.

At our Geothermal Greenhouse facility in Hasan Dağı, Aksaray, we planted the first seedlings in December 2024, and by the end of March, we started our first harvest. This greenhouse will support regional employment and economic growth. Furthermore, we are fulfilling our commitment to environmental protection by sourcing all the energy consumed in our greenhouse operations from renewable sources. We started our greenhouse investments with 150 acres, planning to expand to 600 acres by 2026.
Combating global warming has become one of our focal points. Our Supracap batteries, equipped with electric capacitor technology that can be charged with renewable energy sources and are much more durable than traditional lithium batteries, are ready for production following the completion of R&D efforts and the approval of a 500MWh Independent Storage License by EPDK.
