Established in 2023 with the strong infrastructure and experience of Team Agro, Team Warehouse operates to store your food raw materials, packaged food products, legumes, coffee, chemical products, and textile products in our Type A Customs Warehouse. Our warehouse, built on a total area of 20,000 square meters, including 12,000 square meters of indoor and 8,000 square meters of outdoor space, has a capacity of more than 18,000 tons. Having independent sections in indoor areas allows us to stock different types of products in different storage areas and enhance our monitoring standard, while also preventing the mixture of colors, odors, and tastes.
We continuously invest to offer our customers the highest standards of service with high capacity and quality. Our 60-ton fully electronic scale, ramps, and forklifts assist us in managing your operations in the best and fastest way possible. Our specialized security personnel and advanced security system monitor and record the interior and exterior areas with more than 50 cameras 24/7. Additionally, with our 72 m³ water tank, fire cabinets, fire extinguishers, and our smart-addressable fire/smoke detection system, any adverse events can be quickly brought under control.
With our modern infrastructure and equipment in our warehouse, we offer high capacity and competitive pricing advantages while ensuring the smooth progression of operations. We facilitate your storage processes by offering independent warehouse usage options, and we carry out flexible and fast loading-unloading operations with 10 doors and various equipment. We fully meet one of the industry's most important expectations, a "Clean Storage Area," with regular pest controls and fumigations. Additionally, by strictly prohibiting vehicles from entering the warehouse, we prevent potential damage from possible oil, diesel, and water leaks. Due to Mersin's very humid climate, we prevent your products from contacting the ground using specially designed wooden pallets, iron cages, or Sling Bags and store your products in the most appropriate way. We control temperature, odor, and humidity in our warehouses with industrial fans and air conditioners.
With the assurance of Team Agro, we stock and offer our customers Brazilian origin ICUMSA 45 imported sugar under the highest quality storage conditions in our warehouse. Within our warehouse, we also provide solutions with additional handling services such as labeling, roasting, grinding, and packaging to meet your needs.
