Our facility, located in the Adana Hacı Sabancı Organized Industrial Zone, has a storage capacity of 25,000 tons and provides a corn drying service of up to 800 tons daily. Post-harvest corn, which often retains high moisture levels, poses storage risks. With our advanced drying techniques, corn is stabilized for safe and long-term storage.
Through our drying process, moisture levels in corn are reduced from 24-25% to 12-13%, ensuring quality preservation throughout the storage period. This prevents mold, decay, and the formation of harmful aflatoxins, making the corn suitable for both human and animal consumption. Furthermore, by reducing respiration activity within the stored grain, our process helps prevent overheating and spoilage, mitigating potential economic losses.
Unlike natural sun drying, which can lead to quality loss due to uncontrolled conditions, our facility offers a more efficient and controlled drying solution. By preserving quality, we help farmers maintain competitive market value for their crops.
